Preamble. This privacy policy (the "Policy") is intended to inform users and visitors (referred to indifferently as the "User," the "Data Subject," or "You") of the site published by WIFASSUR (the "Site") of the terms of collection, processing, and protection of personal data concerning them, in connection with their use of the Site and its forms. By accessing the Site and submitting information through any of its forms, the User acknowledges having read this Policy.
This Policy sets out the principles and guidelines governing the collection and processing of personal data by WIFASSUR in the course of browsing the Site and using its quote request, contract audit request, and contact forms. It does not apply to any other channel, in particular telephone or in-person exchanges at the agency, which remain governed by WIFASSUR's usual privacy practices.
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms mean:
The controller of the personal data collected through the Site is WIFASSUR, Entreprise commerciale, registered with the trade register of Tanger under number 70440, holder of the common enterprise identifier (ICE) No. 000425194000003, with its registered office at 1er étage, Appartement n°3, 14 Av. Moulay Ismail, Tanger 90060, Maroc (referred to as "WIFASSUR," "We," or "the Data Controller").
WIFASSUR operates as a general insurance agent for AtlantaSanad, under the supervision of the Insurance and Social Welfare Supervisory Authority (ACAPS), the regulatory authority for the insurance and reinsurance sector in the Kingdom of Morocco. It is in the course of this activity that WIFASSUR collects and processes the personal data described below, solely for the purpose of handling the requests submitted to it.
In accordance with the proportionality principle set out in Article 9 below, WIFASSUR collects the following categories of data depending on the form used by the User:

It is specified that no form on the Site requests an identity document number, banking data, detailed health data (in the sense of medical or diagnostic data), or precise geolocation data.
Fields marked as required on each form are necessary to process the User's request; failure to complete them means WIFASSUR will not be able to process the request. Fields not marked as required are optional and allow WIFASSUR to better understand the need expressed, without their absence preventing the request from being processed.
The data collected is processed solely for the following purposes:
The data is never processed for unsolicited commercial prospecting, automated profiling, or fully automated decision-making producing legal effects for the User.
Processing is based on the explicit and unambiguous consent of the User, given through a checkbox present on each form prior to its submission, as well as, for the follow-up of a request already made, on the measures necessary to process that request at the User's own initiative.
In accordance with the principle of proportionality, WIFASSUR only collects data that is strictly necessary to accomplish the purposes described in Article 7. The Site's forms have been designed and reviewed with this objective in mind: the number of required fields is deliberately limited to what is strictly necessary for the initial review of the request, with any additional information useful for a detailed review of the file being gathered later, during direct contact between the User and their advisor.
The data collected is intended exclusively for WIFASSUR's internal team, within the scope of their respective roles. No automated transmission to a third party, including an insurer, takes place from the Site: any sharing of the User's file with an insurer, for the purpose of reviewing their request, only occurs following an initial human contact with the User, never automatically. Requests submitted through the Site's forms are routed to and processed at aigestionmaroc@gmail.com.
The Site's data is hosted on servers located in the Federal Republic of Germany. This location involves a transfer of personal data outside the territory of the Kingdom of Morocco. WIFASSUR undertakes to ensure that this transfer takes place under conditions providing an adequate level of protection for the data transferred.
WIFASSUR implements the technical and organizational measures it considers reasonable given the nature of the data processed, in order to preserve its security and prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties. To this end, the Site's forms are protected against automated submissions by a mechanism limiting the number of submissions as well as a minimum completion time. The Site is served over the secure HTTPS protocol, and requests received are stored in a secure database.
The Site uses Google Analytics (GA4), an audience-measurement tool that places cookies (notably “_ga” and “_ga_*”) to analyze the Site's traffic and usage for statistical purposes. The Site does not place any advertising cookie, nor any tracking cookie for third-party commercial purposes. This Policy will be updated if these tools change.
Every Data Subject has, with respect to the personal data concerning them, a right of access, a right of rectification, a right to object, as well as, since processing is based on their consent in accordance with Article 8, a right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before such withdrawal, all subject to legally provided exceptions. These rights may be exercised at any time by sending a request to aigestionmaroc@gmail.com, providing proof of identity. WIFASSUR undertakes to respond to any request within a reasonable time.
The Site is intended for adults, who alone are entitled to purchase the insurance products presented on it. WIFASSUR does not knowingly request or collect personal data relating to minors through the Site's forms.
WIFASSUR reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, in particular to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, or organizational changes. The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the time of consultation by the User. The date of the last update to this Policy will be indicated in Article 18 below once its final version is published.
This Policy is governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
